Post at least once a day to keep your streak going. Your first post of the day is the one that counts. Days are based on your phone's time zone. Miss a day and your streak starts again, but your best streak is saved on your profile.

Back and Front take one photo with that camera. Both takes a photo with the back camera, flips, and takes one with the front, then puts the selfie in the corner. Double-tap the viewfinder to flip the camera.

Like BeReal, you see your friends' posts once you've posted yourself that day. Post, and the feed unlocks.

The fastest way: tap Invite friends (in the Friends tab or on your profile) and send your link. When they join, you're friends straight away, they get 7 extra free days, and you get a free month when they make their first post. You can also open Explore, search by name in the "Add friends" box, and tap Add friend, or tap someone's profile picture on any post.

Go to You → Reminders. The daily reminder at 6 PM comes with reminders on. Morning (8 AM) and afternoon (1 PM) are optional. Once you've posted for the day, the rest of that day's reminders are skipped.

Check that notifications are allowed for AHEAD in your phone's Settings → Notifications. If you use AHEAD in a browser on iPhone, it has to be added to your Home Screen first (Share → Add to Home Screen), then opened from there.

No. The coaches are AI tools for motivation and education. Stocks they mention are ideas to research, calorie estimates are approximate, and the Mind coach isn't therapy. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 in the US, or your local emergency number. More in our Terms.

Open You or Get Ahead, tap the AHEAD+ card, then tap "Have a code?" and enter it. The extra free days are added to your trial right away. You can use one code per account.

On iPhone: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → AHEAD → Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before your trial or billing period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription.

Tap the ••• on any post and choose Report or Block. Blocking hides that person's posts and comments from you right away. We review every report within 24 hours and remove anything that breaks our community rules.

If anyone is in immediate danger, call your local emergency number first. Then email us with a description and we'll act on it as a priority.
